Suppose you want to send Blinking SMS "Wish You Happy Deepavali", then
Use special characters inbetween the flash text. You can able to send blinking sms in different forms. It all depends on no of times you use the symbols.
Use any character before the text
For e.g:
You Happy Deepavali, *Wish *Y*ou *Happy Deepavali*
*Wish You Happy Deepavali* -
*Wish *Y*ou
This way you can blink whatever text you want to blink.
