XAT is a foundation for the students who wish to pursue MBA. XAT 2012 exam paper has same pattern like other competitive exams such as Bank Exams, KPSC, etc. It is most important for the pupils to attend the exam with full preparation. The Exam contains 5 sections that include Quantitative Ability (QA), Data Interpretation (DI), Decision Making (DM), Logical Reasoning (LR), and English. It is required to attend all these sections and check and recheck whether each section is attempted and get passing marks. There are also some institutes that give some basic idea and help students to solve Quantitative Section easily.
This Quantitative Section can be analysed into Modern Mathematics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Numerical part). Compared to XAT 2010 and 2011, XAT 2012 was bit tough, especially the Quantitative Ability Section, that made many students to get poor performance. There is a trick to attempt these sections, students are required to choose such questions they are comfortable with, rather than wasting time attempting the tough Questions which consumes more time and will not allow the students to attempt all sections. So, it is always a decision of wise to choose simple and easy Questions for better performance.
To attend any exam, Speed without compromising on accuracy becomes more important which the student needs to concentrate on. There are various training centres that have been involved in coaching students through various parts of the Country. These are the experts who teach step by step to perform well in the exam. There are around 16 core institutes and more than 85 associate institutes that are located in various parts of the country.
No matter where these institutes are located, it is vital to study well and attempt all Questions of all sections, especially Analytical Reasoning and Decision Making, which includes solving puzzles. For these sections, Analytical Reasoning and Decision making, the students are advised to revise concepts related to Puzzles and Decision making and should focus on practicing the Distribution based puzzles. XAT 2012 is the exam conducted on different dates of various Universities. People are advised to reach the exam hall earlier than 2 hours (before the exam starts) to avoid exam tension.
To get required things to the exam hall is most important. One should start attempting the sections only after reading the Question Papers carefully. They are required to understand and tick Questions first before attempting.
