Green Juice- A Healthy Nutrient to balance Weight

Though exercise and Yoga helps to maintain a good and healthy body,Consuming raw and green leafy vegetables or fruits become more important. In addition to these, intake of milk and egg gives more benefit. Somehow, eating raw vegetables for some people may become tough and thus they may like to adopt green juice that is made out of combination of vegetables with some spices that makes drink- very healthy and tasty. By accepting all these as a daily routine, one can easily get rid of all kind of sickness. Green Juice can be a best nutrient to the dieticians. It is suggested to have green juice after meals, as it gives essential protein and does not include fat. Thus, it is good to have it during or after meals, but is not a good practice to consume as a replacement of meal. Some people make a habit of consuming green juice, not only to maintain proper diet, but to make their skin soft and healthy. It not only helps maintain soft skin, but also assists in overall improvement of health. A short one-day consumption of juice fast can be considered as an excellent way to supply the live enzymes in order to speed up the body’s cleansing process. The juices contained in green drinks are assimilated directly into the body without stimulating the digestive system and are perfect and complete food for a short-term fast.

Juicing allows accessing of all the nutrients from the vegetables and it is important as most of the people suffer from impaired digestion. Green juice also enables dieticians to consume an optimal amount of vegetables in an efficient manner. If person is overweight, has High Blood Pressure or he may suffer from diabetes or high cholesterol, it is advised to limit fruits and consume large amount of green vegetables or green juice to bring back the condition to normal. Because of this reason, many health authorities recommend high intake of green juice that will reach the daily target of having vegetables. While juicing greens, balance them with pleasant, sweet tasting vegetables such as celery, kale, cranberries, apple, lemons and limes, cucumber and ginger, tomatoes, mustard greens, dandelion greens, fennel, spinach, endive, escarole and lettuce like red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce etc. Additionally, cabbage and Chinese cabbage, Bok Choy, cilantro and parsley are also used as juicing and is liked by all.
